A large field of 56 played today in our pink lady day which featured a team of four , best 3 scores to count and also incorporated the pink ball comp where each player took turns with a pink ball. Only a few pink balls are having a “holiday” on the course, most having made it round the 18 holes.
Our day was sponsored by Go Golfing who supplied great prizes to the winners and runners up and also the three nearest the pins. Mark Hawley from Go golfing also gave prizes in a raffle for a voucher to the value of $300 and $15 vouchers at Drummond Golf. Thank you very much for your continued support of our Ladies Golf Club.

The much needed rain has arrived with a good soaking of the course. The scores have changed with no run. A lot of members who have been having high scores have crashed down to 🌏 earth. We are also getting tough pin placements and that also adds to the low score. The 3 putt club would have a field day, as I and I’m sure many other members had many three, sometimes four putts.

That time of day work done time for a nice red cheers capt Dave.
Another 😎 sunny and 💨 windy day, but still the good scores keep coming. Rosie and Dale ended up running in the middle of the field, so I didn’t have to do my presentation duties which I was starting to like. I will have to try harder and see if we can topple Tinkerbell and partner in crime Olga, Kaye and Ross off the pedestal. John and Liz were away so there would have been a good battle up the front today. If Ken & Judy had of 🔥 fired on the front nine, and if (there’s that word again) we had not double bogied a hole we would have been amongst it too. Woulda, coulda, shoulda.
